The first thing you notice on the magazine is the figure in front of the title, who is a very well-known star, this would grab peoples attention and appeal to people who are interested in his music. Obviously the title of the magazine cover also stands out also, the big title in white as known as the banner is eye-catching against the blue background. although the cover is crowded it also has the more important info, bold.
they have stuck to a specific colour theme  with smaller info at the sides, giving an insight to whats inside the magazine, incising people in to read it. the main splash is surrounded by other information which makes you notice the smaller, less important context.
